The Adult Resilience Scale assesses dimensions of resilience in individuals and provides a framework for developing resilience skills and capabilities.
Resilience has been widely defined as the ability to adapt to changing environments and to recover from adversity and personal setbacks. Resilience has also been expressed as a competency or skill, embodying the personal qualities of individuals who thrive in difficult circumstances.
Research suggests that resilient people adapt more successfully in response to major life events, large-scale changes, and traumatic experiences.

Why are Psychometric Tests used?
Psychometric testing has 2 main goals. Firstly, is it often used in the preliminary stages of any interview process to ensure that only qualified candidates advance to the next stage. And secondly, it can be used as part of team or leadership professional development.
What's involved in Psychometric Testing?
The tests are an online assessment, often multiple-choice-based, that assesses a candidate’s personality, skills, strengths & weaknesses and / or cognitive abilities.
Why are they useful for team or leadership development?
Psychometric tests help individuals identify strengths and areas for improvement, supporting personal growth. For leaders and teams, they provide insights into work styles, resilience and dynamics, enhancing coaching and fostering more effective leadership and collaboration.
How are the tests administered?
Our psychometric tests are performed online and usually take between 15 - 30 minutes for the candidate to complete. Our team will administer and manage the testing process with the candidate then send you the reports.
When will I get the results?
Once the candidate has completed their psychometric tests, the reports will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days excluding public holidays and weekends.
