  2. Candidate Details - Send us your candidates' details, and we'll take it from there.

  3. Test Administration - We will administer the test , providing full, clear instructions for the candidate to complete. And we'll deal with any queries they have. 

  4. Get The Results  - Upon receipt of the completed test, we'll send you the results. We can also deliver optional coaching as needed.

  5. Pay - We'll send you the tax invoice for all completed tests (Payable in 5 business days).

Why are Psychometric Tests used?

Psychometric testing has 2 main goals. Firstly, is it often used in the preliminary stages of any interview process to ensure that only qualified candidates advance to the next stage. And secondly, it can be used as part of team or leadership professional development. 

 

What's involved in Psychometric Testing?

The tests are an online assessment, often multiple-choice-based, that assesses a candidate’s personality, skills, strengths & weaknesses and / or cognitive abilities.

Why are they useful for team or leadership development?

Psychometric tests help individuals identify strengths and areas for improvement, supporting personal growth. For leaders and teams, they provide insights into work styles, resilience and dynamics, enhancing coaching and fostering more effective leadership and collaboration.

 

How are the tests administered?

Our psychometric tests are performed online and usually take between 15 - 30 minutes for the candidate to complete. Our team will administer and manage the testing process with the candidate then send you the reports. 

When will I get the results?

Once the candidate has completed their psychometric tests, the reports will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days excluding public holidays and weekends.
