INTERVIEW
COACHING

A critical skill, our Career Coach will provide the very best interview coaching techniques and strategies to ensure success. Includes mock Q&A support. 

JOB SEARCH COACHING

More than just hitting a few websites, our Career Coach will advise on the best ways to find roles, access the hidden market, work with recruiters, and build and utilise a strong network.

NEGOTIATING SALARY & STARTING A ROLE

We will support your staff member to feel confident going into salary negotiations and starting their new role.
We also provide ongoing email support in between sessions to ensure your staff member feels supported. 

All Blue Sky Career Consulting Outplacement Programs have a 6-month lifespan.
