KEN TAN, CAREER COACH

Ken is a Certified Career Services Practitioner (CCSP) with more than 15 years experience. His track record spans from Asia to Europe, helping numerous professionals successfully increase their employability successes.  He also specialises in career counselling, employee wellbeing, and empowering people to positively navigate transition, growth, and change. 

Ken's previous background is in employee experience and regional business development (APAC). He has delivered workshops on career development and soft skills.  He was a former Council Member for CDAS and a current member of CDAA and CDI UK.
